By completing the courses you will be trained to be an SDR (Sales Development Representative) for Pigee Inc. These courses are also helpful for general sales skill improvement. 

 

We offer a wide range of courses across various categories such as technology, business, marketing, design, personal development, and more.

Level One is the fundamental course that must be completed to progress to any other level.

It depends on the course. Some courses are designed for beginners, while others may require some prior knowledge or experience in the subject matter. Please check the course description for any prerequisites before enrolling.

 

Enrolling in a course at Pigee Academy is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Courses Page.
  2. Browse or search for the course you’re interested in.
  3. Click on the course title to view the course details.
  4. Click the “Enroll Now” button.
  5. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in or create a new account.
  6. Complete the payment process if the course is paid. For free courses, simply click “Enroll Now” again to confirm.
  7. Start learning! You will have immediate access to the course materials once the enrolment process is complete.

 

All courses are free.

 

Once you have enrolled in a course, you can access your course materials by logging into your account and navigating to the “My Courses” section on your dashboard.

 

Yes, our platform is mobile-friendly, and you can access your courses on any device with an internet connection, including smartphones and tablets.

Yes, upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a certificate of completion that you can download and share.

 

You can track your progress through the course dashboard. Each course includes progress indicators and completion percentages to help you stay on track.

 

Yes, our platform includes discussion forums and live Q&A sessions where you can interact with instructors and fellow students.

 

The certificate name is based on your profile. Edit your name in your profile settings and then regenerate your certificate.

 

Certificate Troubleshooting 
 
Often the certificate and congratulations email has not been issued because there is an issue with your assignment. 
 
It needs to be passed for a certificate to be issued. 
 
Please go to your assignment in Module 2 
Assignment – Create a Demo Shop
Resubmit the assignment even if it says passed. Put a note that you are resubmitting and name the demo shop you created. 
 
Also make sure all lessons are complete.
 
Once the assignment is evaluated as a pass you will receive the outstanding certificate and email. 

Send an email titled: ‘Delete my account’
